I tried the bison bolognese with bison , peppadew and burrata cheese. I thought the food was really good because it also had olive tapenade. This was another restaurant that my family wanted to celebrate my high school graduation. We also saw a giant elk head on the wall behind our table which was weird and made us all uncomfortable. I also tried my nana’s korean fried chicken which was delicious and interesting. The dish came with a side of veggies like pickled red onions, carrots and radishes. I would give all this food 4 stars because I was a little scared of the elk head.
