I tried the shredded beef arepa with black beans , melted cheese and plantains it tasted good it also came with a side of green salsa to dip in. My mom tried a arepa with plantains , black beans and cheese it was really good . My dad tried a Venezuelan hamburger with shredded beef , ham and egg with mini french fries in the sandwich. Everything was interesting to try. La Vaca Mariposa is the Cow Butterfly in English. It is a Venezuelan food truck with delicious food for people to eat. 5 stars out of 5.
