I tried the 3 course meal with an apple and cheese salad , braised chicken and an apple tart for dessert. The apple and cheese salad had apple slices and Camambert Cheese. It had big lettuce leaves and a nice vinaigrette. The chicken had bones in it and it was sauteed in a savory sauce. It was also served with rice and the rice soaked up all the sauce. It was interesting to try. For dessert, I ordered an apple tart with whipped cream and fruit, the apples were sliced finely and there was no crust. I also got a free chocolate mousse for my birthday. I was with my grandma and grandpa and they agreed that the Chocolate Mousse was really good. The environment was very elegant and there were candles on the table. Cinq etoiles.
