I tried the eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce, ham and hashbrowns. It also came with an English Muffin. It tasted delicious. The English muffin was crispy and the hollandaise sauce had a creamy flavor. The hashbrowns were seasoned well. I also sampled a grilled ham and cheese sandwich and that was yummy. It was American cheese grilled on 2 thick pieces of bread. I also sampled a blue cake special which included a blueberry pancake , 2 bacon strips and an egg. It was one of the best pancakes I have ever tasted because it was light and fluffy and full of blueberries. The environment was interesting because there was a bobcat head , elk heads, fish and a jackalope on the wall. There was also horseshoes , cattle brands and rifles on the walls. The music was lively. It was old country music like Johnny Cash, George Jones and Loretta Lynn. It was so busy there was a line out the door. We had to wait 20 minutes but it was worth it. 5 stars out of 5.
