I tried the Braised Brisket Taco with brisket and cabbage. I ordered it with a flour tortilla and red salsa. The tortilla was really thin and it had crispy cheese in it. I liked the filling and the flavors were good. I also ordered an Iced Green Tea with vanilla sweetener to drink. I got it in a glass and it tasted good.

For dessert, my mom and I got strawberry-chocolate kolaches. A kolache is a Czech pastry that my great-grandma used to make. There is a dough that isn’t very sweet and there is also filling. My great-grandma used to put fruit fillings in her Kolaches, like cherry and apricot. At Roly-Poly, they put cream cheese and strawberry and chocolate in their Kolaches. They told us that the flavors change each week. They also had savory Kolaches like today, they had a sausage Kolache and sometimes they have Sun-Dried Tomato. The Kolache I had today was delicious. It had soft dough, and it was not very sweet. The filling was a good combination with strawberries and chocolate. They even served it to us warm.

I also liked the environment of this place. There were some Texas-style paintings on the wall, and there was a bearskin on the wall. Some people brought dogs to the restaurant. They had decks of cards for people to play card games. It was a very casual environment. 5 stars out of 5.
