I tried the fish and chips combo with 3 fish fillets and crispy chips. The food also came with sauces such as Sriracha Mayo, Tartar Sauce and Malt Vinegar. The fish was Cod, and the website said it was line caught from Alaska. The fish was crispy and not oily, The fish was a good serving size. The meal also came with Chips which are the English equivalent of French Fries. The chips were also crispy and delicious. The website also said there were secret recipes for the sauces. We ordered Sriracha Mayo, Tartar Sauce and Malt Vinegar. I really enjoyed the Malt Vinegar because it was my first time trying it and it went well with the fish.

It was at a food truck. The food truck was yellow and blue and there was a big line so I knew it was going to be delicious. This is a truck that is not here every day so it was a nice surprise to try it. I enjoyed it and would give this 5 stars out of 5.
