I tried the New York Strip steak with a loaded baked potato on the side. I ordered it Medium so it was a little bit red. It was my first time trying a New York Strip and it was delicious. The loaded baked potato was also yummy. It had bacon, sour cream, chives and green onions. My grandparents recommended this place to me because my grandpa wanted me to try a New York Strip. We sat in front of a buffalo head on the wall and it was so close that it looked like it was having dinner with us. We named the buffalo head Buff. It was kind of funny but super weird and sort of uncomfortable. The restaurant was in a basement and it was dark and had lots of wood and bricks, and the low hanging buffalo head. We ordered 2 appetizers to split. The first was Brussels Sprouts with feta and vinegar and cream and they were really good and crispy. The second appetizer we ordered was a Caesar Salad and it was bland. We also split dessert. We split a chocolate almond cake with huckleberry compote. The cake was a little disappointing because it was bland and the compote was gritty. I ordered a Huckleberry Lemonade to drink which tasted delicious. I would give this place 4 stars out of 5.
