I tried the 8 oz. bison tenderloin steak with 2 sides, garlic seasoned french fries and button mushrooms. I ordered the steak medium well which wasn’t super red inside Everything tasted good and it was interesting to order button mushrooms. My grandpa had a job as a butcher and he likes going to steakhouses. The name was Stacey which connected to my aunt and it came from a guy named Stacey. It was really cozy and warm inside and there were lots of pictures of cowboys in the restaurant. I would give this place 4.5 stars because it was very good but it wasn’t the best steak I have ever had.
