I tried the Classic Eggs Benedict with a toasted English muffin base, poached eggs , ham and creamy hollandaise sauce. I thought the sauce was creamy and I really enjoyed the poached eggs because they weren’t that runny. This was my first time trying this breakfast dish. I wanted to try it because I wanted to celebrate Bridgerton season 4 coming to an end because the second Bridgerton child is named Benedict. There were a lot of people in the restaurant this morning but there was no line out the door. I also got apple juice to drink which was really yummy. It also came with a side of hashbrowns which tasted delicious. There are a lot of breakfast places in Bozeman to order this breakfast dish, and I really enjoyed it and I would give it 5 stars out of 5.
