I tried the double cut beef pho soup with brisket and well done flank beef. I thought the environment was really good because it just opened and we had to wait 20 minutes. We also ordered egg rolls as a appetizer which were really good. I got a longan fruit tea to drink which was really good . Longan fruit is a fruit that is made from dragon eyes. I thought the food was really good and I would give this place 5 stars out of 5 because I really liked the food and the environment . If you go to Pho Saigon , I recommend you try the pho and the egg rolls. They were both really good. There were a lot of people waiting in line because it just opened last month. Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup with beef broth which is really good. I also recommend you try the longan fruit tea which was really good. I even got a spoon to scoop out the fruit at the bottom of the glass. The drink was black tea with longan fruit on the bottom. This was really good for a new restaurant that just opened. You might have to wait a few minutes because it just opened and a lot of people want to try this food.
