Stuffed Crepes & Waffles 4/20/24

We tried the Santa Fe crepe with chicken, potatoes, fajita veggies, white cheddar cheese, topped with chipotle aioli. I really liked the potatoes and the chicken had both dark and white meat. The aioli was spicy but really creamy.

We also ordered a California crepe with turkey, bacon, spinach , tomatoes , cheese and guac. My dad said that he thought that the crepe was light and fresh.

We also ordered a Wisconsin Crepe with grilled ham and swiss cheese. Even though it was called the Wisconsin, there was not any squeaky cheese. It was a good classic combination with the ham and cheese.

Finally, for dessert we had a Samoa crepe with bananas, dark chocolate, peanut butter, coconut and caramel topped with whipped cream. The crepe tasted sweet and the peanut butter tasted good. There was also dark chocolate . The coconut added a little bit of crunch.

A crepe is a thin pancake. Crepes came from Germany and France. All the crepes had a hint of sweetness in them.

There were booths and tables but there weren’t many places to sit inside of the restaurant. It was small and cramped inside. They had nice paintings on the wall like strawberries and a scene in Bozeman with mountains.

In conclusion, I really liked the combination of the sweet and savory options for crepes. It is a different option for breakfast and lunch because it sells crepes. Funf Sterne.
